high-grade raw materials. 'Northern Spruce' from a renewable supply is our main
construction material. It has a tighter grain and fewer knots than Pine or
Redwood, making it stronger and less prone to distortion. This also means we are
able to keep wastage to a minimum and maintain our environmental policies.
All our homes and buildings come with a manufacturer's guarantee, and if
properly maintained, will last as long as a traditional brick construction.
